The Standard Edition comes prepackaged with the following hardware components and software licenses:
• Wave Integrated Services Card 2 with 2FXO/2FXS and 4 IP (G.711 Codec) Gateway Ports
• Vertical Application Module – Basic VAM
• Standard Edition - Integrated Services Manager (ISM) License
• Global Administrator
• 10 user licenses, which includes access to:
– ViewPoint desktop call control application including personal routing lists, call rules, conferencing and desktop presence
– Voicemail/Unified Messaging
– Personal and system-wide call recording up to 4 simultaneous calls
– Other features like Coach, Monitor, Join
A “user” is defined as a physical endpoint device (hard and soft phones, faxes, etc) tied to an extension or DID on Wave.
*Additional user licenses (in packs of 10 licenses) can be added as required through software upgrade. The same license part numbers are used for upgrades

The Wave IP 500 Standard Edition is optimized to support up to the following number of users and applications without adding any Media Resource Modules:
